Nadagavaathi 6.0 - Re-envisioning Youth in Tamil Theatre Arts in Singapore
AGAM Theatre Lab would love to engage in a discourse with our Junior College Tamil Teachers in Singapore in late-August 2024 in a closed-door seminar with policymakers and major arts curation spaces in Singapore. The objective would be to find out more from teachers about how Tamil theatre can be a means to promoting the use of our language and if Tamil theatre still serves as a key driver of our language in Singapore. We intend to use the feedback generated from this problem on to focus on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (if any) and offer concrete suggestions. 

 

Closed-door (invite-only) seminar comprising of policymakers in 

Education, Junior College Tamil Language Teachers, Grant bodies in the Arts Sector and major arts curation spaces.
