Theatre Lab serves as a creative incubator for emerging theatre talents, transforming ideas into impactful stage productions. Through mentorship and an artist development program, participants engage with communities and audiences, redefining theatre's role. The 5th edition highlights the crucial role of directors, focusing on the theme of "VUCA" — Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity — challenging artists to navigate and reflect on today's unpredictable world through their work.
